Yoga That Breathes With You
Yoga has been my journey from architecting spaces to designing moments of stillness and transformation. At anka.yoga, I guide students and retreats with Hatha, Mysore-style Ashtanga, and Yoga Nidra, helping you reconnect with your body, breath, and inner rhythm.
I’m Shradhanka
A yoga teacher guiding students and retreats through Hatha, Mysore-style Ashtanga, and Yoga Nidra.
My journey began as an architect, and over time I discovered how movement, breath, and mindful space design can transform the body and mind. Today, I blend these experiences to create experiences and find retreats that help you reconnect, find balance, and step into your own rhythm.

My Core Values
Authenticity in every practice
Transformation that goes beyond the mat!

a little about me:
I'm Shradhanka
RYT 500 & 1100+ HOURS TRAINING IN TRADITIONAL YOGA EDUCATION.
FORMER TEACHER AT TYI
Before yoga came into my life, it was life itself that became my teacher. I learned through loss, through being abandoned, through holding on when I wanted to break. My grandmother became my anchor, and when I lost her, I felt like I lost my ground too.
I threw myself into architecture. I thought if I could build strong walls outside, maybe I’d feel safe inside. But no matter what I created, I was still searching for a home within myself.
That’s when yoga found me. Not as a practice or a career, but as a lifeline. It peeled away the layers I had built for survival and reminded me of who I was before the world told me otherwise. It gave me innocence back, breath by breath.
Now, I carry both — the eye of an architect and the heart of a yogi. I’m not here to teach perfect poses. I’m here to share the path I walked, the one that taught me that healing is possible, and that the body, the mind, and the spaces we live in can all become sacred.
